SD1 Mounting Interface
If you upgraded your rig and need a new mount solution for your SD1, Simmetrics has you covered. Swapping the mount is easy and only requires unscrewing the old mount and reattaching the new one.
IMPORTANT! Read before ordering- If your wheelbase is front-mounted to your rig(Simagic, Simucube, etc.), you probably need a height extension. Many front-mounting solutions use a mounting plate that is larger than the wheelbase and the SD1 is designed to sit flush on the top edge of the wheelbase. If your wheelbase mounting plate extends above the top front edge of the wheelbase, measure the additional height, from the top edge of the wheelbase to the top edge of the mounting plate, and choose the next highest mount extension in the pop-up form when you add to cart. For example, if you measure 17.4mm, choose the 20mm height extension. If you are unsure, you can always send us a message at info@simmetricsracing.com for help finding the right fit for your setup.
